10. Legitimate Interests

Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest is the conduct of our business activities for the benefit of our employees and stakeholders.

11. Storage Period

Personal data are stored in accordance with statutory retention periods and deleted once they are no longer required.

12. Legal or Contractual Obligations to Provide Data

The provision of personal data may be legally or contractually required. Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to conclude a contract.

13. Automated Decision-Making

As a responsible company, we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
